  The deal took longer than I expected. The communication between the parties was not as smooth as I expected. I was not satisfied with the fees that I was charged. Overall conclusion of the whole deal was not positive. Needed better communication and understanding between the bank, the customer and the closing attorney. I walked away not feeling good but ultimately I was afforded an opportunity to walk away but I didn't.
