  Let me start by saying the staff was delightful, with the exception of the supervisor. I took my car in on Thursday for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff informed me I needed a new alternator. I agreed to have it changed. There was no part available, but they ordered it and had it there Friday morning. I rented a car for the evening and waited for the call my work was complete.
  
  Friday comes and I call about 9:30 am to check the status. The staff gives me an estimate that it should be done at 11am. At 11 I receive a call stating my car is ready for pick-up and I explain I will be there at 3pm. They state it is fine and I'll be ready to go.
  
  Here is where it goes south. I return my rental car and arrive at Jiffy Lube. The staff greets me and pulls up my info to ring me out. The nice lady realizes that my OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION HAD NOT BEEN DONE! After having my car 24 hours they didn't do the 2 things I came in for. The supervisor NEVER spoke to me and refused to do so. He never explained why he had not ensured this was done. 3 of the staff members came over to apologize about this, but the supervisor NEVER once spoke to me, let alone offered his apologies.
  
  I will NEVER be back to this location. I hope the staff either find new jobs or the supervisor is swiftly replaced. He is not competent enough to have his position or lead this team.
  
  My only other issue is Jiffy Lube charged $120 more than the dealership and refused to price match.
