  I submitted my tune form then received an email (attached) stating that it would be 24 to 36 hours and I would have my five star custom Tunes. I am currently approaching 72 hours and still haven't heard anything. Called yesterday they said I would have them by the end of day. Still nothing. Nothing's worse than ordering something paying $400 and not receiving what you paid for.
